it really bothers me that when I finish a round and make my picks I get boosts for resets. over this passed weekend during the first ever RD all my resets during exhibition have been boosts. now I can understand pulling them if I wasn't maxed out, but I don't boost in kotr, I think it's useless. anyway during the RD I had mostly rare pulls with one UR and 3 pick 2. I wish that the tier drops for pulls was much better than it is but I still play with what we are given.

That was an issue they were working on a while ago. They eliminated the energies when the maximum was reached but kept the boosts. Before the first major update last year, it was extremely difficult to pull a car of your tier. Nowadays you have a counter that is found only on the Supercard server at the headquarters. So different tier drop rates are in place, but is now easier to pull them. As for the RD issue, that is being worked on as well. It will take time, but i foresee improvents.

last night or yesterday it was announced on twitter we will get more picks in RD. that will be best for business right now since I am a free player. also I didn't get my first reward till there was 20 minutes left in the event. on a side note I moved up to survivor in the kotr and completed one so far. got Bruno as my reward so I can pro his card. slowly building my deck....
